Careful Detailed Inspection.........
We inspect the building and the site, starting from the perimeter fencing and working inwards, looking for faults and defects that could impact your purchase decision and cost money now or in the future. Much cannot be seen, but our experience tells how to expect where faults may lie or have been covered up.
The inspection is non-destructive and great care is taken to avoid any damage to the property or disturbance to owners' effects.
The Onsite Summary.......
Straight after the inspection you can attend the property for a spoken summary. If you cannot attend, the inspector will phone you instead.
The Written Report.......
Typewritten and emailed to you within 24 hours, with a printed copy mailed. The report contains 4 main sections :
The Summary......
The critical issues assisting your purchase decision, in a concise few lines
Checklist.....
See what your inspection has covered, here on the inspector's own checklists.
Fault notes......
For each fault, there is a note of explanation and how to deal with it.
Appendix.....
