The Prince Albert Hotel was extremely proud to have won this award in 2003. It is a reflection on the hard work that all the staff put in and an indication of the high level of pride in the venue we have. We are sure that this level has not changed but improved. The bar and bistro are well used by the local community and the bar has the feel of "everybody knows your name".
Clean crisp lines are the first thing that takes your eye on arrival at The Prince Albert, but it's not without the warmth of timber. A slick jarrah topped bar clad with copper encompasses an impressive back bar display which changes monthly with only quality brands or exhibits on display.
The staff are well presented and only too willing to help with the decision of where to start. Neat black embroided collared shirts identify the staff. The Prince Albert prides itself on customer service because without the customers, where would we be? The team is frequently updating their skills by undertaking the diageo perfect serve initiative and/or wine tasting.
